Social Runner Review

Our Review of Social Runner.

Integrity

Claim: “We only target real people” Reality: They have no way of knowing whether the accounts targeted are real.

Registered Business – Legitimate business registered in Australia since 2015.

Traceable Owners/Team – I was able to find one name from this article, but it’s really old.

Longevity – Interestingly, seemed to have started in mid-2015 (ancient history). Revamped website in mid-2017.

Circa 2015 claim

Testimonials – No unbiased reviews. Really hard to find in Google search due to the name being two generic words.

Password Handling – They ask you to pay first and ask for password later. Suspicious.

Payment Processing – Paypal

Terms of Service – Clear

Cancellation Policy – Unclear

Proof – The website does not use Proof.

Product

Price & Features –

Signup process – Asks for payment details before anything.

Customer Login/Dashboard – Yes

Password Update – Presumably in dashboard.

Credit Card Update – Presumably in Paypal.

Customer Support – Ticketing and email

Extra

Blogs & Presence – Very little presence despite having been around for such a long time. Blog not updated regularly.

Advertising – No

Customer Base – Unknown

Known Associated Businesses – None

Conclusion

A growth service that has survived while many others have fallen. It is highly suspicious that they have no unbiased reviews anywhere on the internet. Frankly, they must be doing something¬†decently. But, at the end of the day, it’s just a bot, and isn’t quite the cheapest.
